Job summary

Accretio Holdings Inc. in the Pascual Group is seeking a Junior Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and general matters. This is a full-time role based in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• J.D. or LL.B. degree required.
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine laws including corporate, commercial, contract and regulatory law.
• Excellent legal drafting, research and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on Philippine laws, rules and jurisprudence.
• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate contracts, letters, memoranda and filings.
• Provide legal advice to management and internal departments.
• Assist in corporate governance documents and resolutions.
• Support regulatory compliance and dealings with government agencies.
• Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
• Handle litigation-related support and attend hearings when required.
• Coordinate with external counsel and relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare legal opinions, position papers and recommendations.
• Review policies to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain records.
