Job summary

RFM Corporation in Manila seeks a licensed lawyer to join its legal team, focusing on litigation and regulatory matters. The candidate must hold an LL.B. or JD, have passed the Philippine Bar, and be licensed to practice law in the Philippines.

With 2–4 years in litigation, the candidate should know the Rules of Court, corporate, labor, and tax law, and be able to craft defensive or proactive strategies. Notarial qualification for Mandaluyong and strong English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from a reputable school
• Passer of the Philippine Bar Examination and licensed to practice law in the Philippines
• 2–4 years of experience in litigation practice
• Qualified to be a commissioned Notary Public for Mandaluyong
• Knowledge of Rules of Court, corporate law, labor law and tax law and related procedures
• Ability to create defensive or proactive legal strategies
• IBP membership in good standing with high ethics and responsibility
• Good time management, organization and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
• Leadership, decision-making and negotiation skills, flexibility and team-player
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have earned a degree of Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from a reputable school

• Must be a passer of the Philippine Bar Examination and currently licensed to practice law in the Philippines

• At least 2 - 4 years of experience in litigation practice

• Possesses the qualifications to be a commissioned Notary Public for and in Mandaluyong

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Rules of Court, corporate law, labor law, tax law and procedures

• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies

• Membership in the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) in good standing and possesses a high degree of professional ethics, integrity and responsibility

• Good time management, organizational and project management skills

• Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in the English Language, both oral and written

• Possesses leadership, decision-making and negotiation skills, flexibility and willingness to be trained, and a team-player

• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, MS, Excel, MS PowerPoint)
