Job summary

You will coordinate with clients, gather requirements, lead planning and execution, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes with high quality.

This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic IT sales environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience, at least 3 years, in project management, preferably in an IT sales environment.
• Should be familiar with a range of IT solutions, technologies, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to do offsite work and be assigned in Brgy. Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of sales projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Gather project requirements, identify business needs, and develop tailored IT solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop project proposals and estimates.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct quality assurance to meet client expectations and company standards.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
