Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in shared services.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and intercompany frameworks.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO and Blackline is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Record intercompany journal entries and ensure accurate transaction documentation.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and address discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze intercompany invoices and outstanding balances.
• Monitor and manage intercompany transactions for timely processing.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure proper valuation of intercompany transactions.
• Prepare accruals for recurring transactions and ensure timely recognition of expenses.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with external and internal audits.
• Proactively propose opportunities for automation.
