Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an Intercompany Accountant to record and reconcile intercompany transactions, prepare invoices, and support month-end closings. You will work with multiple departments to ensure accurate intercompany valuation and timely processing.

The role requires 1–3 years in accounting, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, and familiarity with SAP FI/CO. CPA is a plus; Blackline experience is advantageous. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a shared services environment.

Responsibilities

• Record intercompany journal entries and ensure accurate transaction documentation.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and address discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze intercompany invoices and outstanding balances.
• Monitor and manage intercompany transactions for timely processing.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure proper valuation of intercompany transactions.
• Prepare accruals for recurring transactions and ensure timely recognition of expenses.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with external and internal audits.
• Proactively propose opportunities for automation.
