Job summary

Fragomen Philippines Corporation is seeking a Junior Immigration Consultant to support inbound corporate visa processing. You will assess case instructions, liaise with clients and authorities, and ensure documents are complete and accurate for filing.

The role includes maintaining the case management system, handling billing-related tasks, and providing ad hoc administrative support in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 2-3 years' relevant working experience.
• Experience in PH immigration/visa processing is advantageous.
• Excellent MS Word and IT skills, including knowledge of software packages.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, with good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a high-volume professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Review instructions and documentation for PH inbound corporate visas and permits (e.g., 9(g), 47(a)(2), AEP, SWP).
• Maintain routine contact with clients and local authorities, updating on regulations and visa processes.
• Prepare application documents and check supporting files for accuracy, advising on missing items.
• Update the case management system and maintain client files per firm protocols.
• Prepare billing instructions, track disbursement PINs, and manage reimbursements for filing fees and legal research fees.
• Handle other administrative duties as required.
