Technians Softech Pvt Ltd is seeking a Trainee Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will collaborate with designers to develop concepts and present rough drafts, then translate ideas into visuals for websites, social media, banners, and emails.

The role focuses on learning design fundamentals and applying them across media. The position emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to meet deadlines while growing through professional development in a supportive studio

Qualifications

• 0-6 years of experience required.
• Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, colour, and other graphic design fundamentals.
• Good knowledge of all Social Media Platforms.
• Knowledge of various designing tools like InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Eagerness to learn and take direction from senior designers.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to develop design concepts.
• Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas.
• Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media.
• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for clients.
• Retouch and manipulate images.
• Take feedback from the Sr. Graphic designer and make necessary changes.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline.
