• Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and software.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• General Administrative Support: Manage general documentation, CRM, and records; and provide general office assistance.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a versatile Junior Graphic Designer who can support a broad range of print and digital design requirements. This includes creating social media and website assets, signage, catalogues, advertisements, and digital marketing materials. The successful candidate will help manage a known brand in the community pharmacy sector, supporting its commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. They will also assist with website content, and administrative tasks to support the wider team and business operations.

Position Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality digital and print materials, including: (1) Signage, posters, flyers, catalogues, advertisements; (2) Social media graphics and digital marketing assets; and (3) User-friendly websites.
• Ensure all design materials align with the brand’s identity
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project scope, objectives, and branding guidelines.
• Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and software.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• General Administrative Support: (1) Manage general documentation, CRM, and records; and (2) Support with general office administration – ad hoc

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, or similar field
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva)
• Understanding of SEO best practices and website content management (e.g., WordPress)
• Ability to create both digital and print marketing materials
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• General admin skills, including MS Office
