Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Graphic Artist in creating day-to-day marketing and promotional artwork.
• Design basic graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, flyers, and other marketing assets.
• Edit short-form videos and reels for social media platforms.
• Update and modify existing artwork based on brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Perform basic photo editing, image retouching, and resizing as needed.
• Prepare artwork files for digital and print production.
• Apply revisions promptly based on feedback from the team.
• Organize and manage multiple design tasks while meeting project deadlines
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to ensure timely delivery of design requests.
• Follow established design processes and brand standards, with training and guidance provided by the Senior Graphic Artist.
• Assist with other creative and design-related tasks as assigned.
• Contact suppliers, create reports and basic flyers, and handle other ad hoc tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of experience in a graphic design or creative role (agency or in-house experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or other video editing tools is an advantage.
• Experience creating digital graphics, marketing materials, and social media content.
• Experience in Packaging design is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of image editing, photo retouching, and preparing artwork for digital and print use.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to work independently after training and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Willingness to learn new design processes and adapt to changing priorities.
