Position Summary
Graphic Designer is responsible in developing eye-catching marketing designs to meet the needs of internal and external clients. She will create visual concepts for a variety of mediums, including marketing collaterals, websites, and social media campaigns. She will closely work with the Digital Marketing Team with minimal supervision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Creation of Marketing Plan
- Participates in the discussion, collaboration, and execution of the annual marketing roadmap.
2. Marketing Campaigns
I. E-mail Marketing (Monthly Newsletter & Sharing Board)
- Prepares template design and collaborates with the Graphic Artist.
- Coordinates with the Content Creator for the approved newsletter article and sharing board topic.
- Creates 2-3 sharing board designs for approval of Graphic Artist/Assistant Manager.
- Endorses approved designs to Events & Promotions Assistant for e-mail blasting.
II. Digital Marketing (Social Media Pages & Website)
- Collaborates with the Graphic Artist to create designs and videos that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Conducting research and staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor designs, and best practices in graphic design.
- Monitors social media calendar posters; collaboration with the Graphic Artist.
- Monitors social media pages and website’s product images/videos and do necessary edits as needed.
- Participates in brainstorming discussions to generate new ideas and creative solutions for Facebook, LinkedIn, and FMIDC website.
3. Events (Internal & External)
- Creates invitations and teasers for exhibits, sponsorships, presentations, client relations program and other marketing events.
- Creates marketing materials as required per event; collaborates with the Graphic Artist.
- Edits event photos and takes required action.
4. Marketing Collaterals (Internal & External)
I. E-mail Signature
- Creates e-mail signature per employees' request.
II. Business Card, Company Folder, Company Profile, Flyers, Uniform, Giveaways
- Creates initial design/template upon request; collaborates with the Graphic Artist.
5. Internal Marketing Agency
- Contributor to provide solutions to internal clients (Sales & Technical, Support Group, and Operations Group)
- HRAD – creates monthly Job Opportunities, New Hires, and internal announcement posters.
- SALES, TECHNICAL, OPERATIONS – creates design of stickers and prepares training certificates upon request; collaborates with the Graphic Artist.
6. Others
- Performs ad hoc duties related to the scope of role’s function when necessary.
- Continuously improving design skills through training, attending workshops and experimenting with new software or techniques.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledgeable in Canva and other AI-assisted design tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, branding, and visual composition.
- Able to create marketing materials such as social media graphics, brochures, presentations, posters, banners, advertisements, and digital content.
- Experience in creating print-ready and digital-ready artwork.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in following brand guidelines.
- Good understanding of social media design requirements and digital marketing materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative, proactive, organized, and open to feedback and revisions.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
- Basic knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, or photography is an advantage.
