Job summary

New York Technology Partners is seeking a Voice Engineer (Specialist) to join a fast-paced Global Voice operations team. The role requires 1-3 years of hands-on experience in voice infrastructure support, excellent communication, and readiness for night shifts on a rotational basis.

The candidate should hold CCNP (Voice) and have experience with Cisco Call Manager, Amazon Connect, and other voice platforms.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years hands-on experience in voice infrastructure
• CCNP (Voice) certification and relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with monitoring/operational support and incident resolution
• Willingness to work night shifts in a rotational basis

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage global voice infrastructure and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA/SLO
• Document issues and root causes; track progress until resolved
• Lead changes and coordinate with vendors/engineering teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability
