Job summary

MA Financial Group, a global asset manager, seeks a Fund Accounting professional in the Philippines. You will manage accounting for Alternative and Core Real Estate Funds, including journal postings, bank reconciliations, and month-end processes.

This role involves cash forecasting, unit pricing support, asset register maintenance, and ad-hoc tasks across multiple Funds. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is required.

Responsibilities

• Posting of bank journals and updating bank reconciliations
• Payment of invoices through Certane Portal or Perpetual Docstore for multiple Funds
• PO Creation in Yardi and funding to AP ANZ account for invoice payment for multiple Funds
• Cash flow forecast for payment
• Quarterly preparation of Unit Pricing for basic Fund
• Roll up of Property Management Reports to the Fund's TB
• Preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliations for the basic Fund
• Preparation and posting month end accruals for the basic Fund
• BAS Reconciliation and Payment for the basic Fund
• Monitoring of Debt Facility interests, line fees, and reset fees
• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register for the property owned by the basic Fund
• Other adhoc tasks

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing Fund Accounting Services to the key internal stakeholders, managing the Alternative and Core Real Estate Funds.

• Posting of bank journals and updating bank reconciliations
