Job summary

MA Financial Group is seeking a Fund Accounting professional to support the Alternative and Core Real Estate Funds from its Manila/Taguig office. The role focuses on ensuring accurate book-keeping, cash management, and reporting for multiple funds across our global platform.

You will manage bank reconciliations, vendor payments, PO processing in Yardi, and month-end close tasks, contributing to timely fund reporting and controls.

Responsibilities

• Post bank journals and update bank reconciliations.
• Process invoice payments via Certane Portal or Perpetual Docstore for multiple Funds.
• Create POs in Yardi and fund to AP ANZ for invoice payment across Funds.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts for payments.
• Prepare quarterly unit pricing for basic Fund.
• Roll up Property Management Reports to Fund TB.
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations for the basic Fund.
• Prepare and post month-end accruals for the basic Fund.
• Perform BAS reconciliations and payments for the basic Fund.
• Monitor Debt Facility interests, line fees, and reset fees.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register for property held by the basic Fund.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks as required.
