Job summary

Alter Domus Philippines is seeking a Fund Administrator to manage day-to-day fund operations, coordinate with investors and fund managers, and prepare NAV calculations and year-end financial statements. You will oversee fund accounting and regulatory reporting while ensuring quality client service.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in asset management, a fully qualified accounting credential, strong Excel and IT skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in asset management, preferably in fund houses or fund administrators.
• Experience in Private Equity or Real Estate Fund Administration including NAV calculation and tax compliance.
• Certified accountant qualifications or equivalents.
• Experience in financial services with alternative investment funds desirable.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Take care of day-to-day operations of the funds and coordinate with third parties (investors and fund managers).
• Prepare and review NAV calculations and year-end financial statements; manage audits and review fund reports.
• Handle fund accounts and prepare periodic and regulatory reports for fund entities.
• Support managers in delivering high-quality work to clients.
• Proactively take on additional responsibilities as required by managers or clients.
