Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in project coordination, service coordination, or operations support.
• Experience managing multiple service requests or small projects.
• Strong organizational and task management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work US business hours.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced service delivery environment.
• No certifications required.
• Focus on organizational/coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Service requests managed and prioritized; queues maintained.
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of field technicians.
• Track progress of service tickets from request to completion.
• Prepare quotes using Kaseya Quote Manager and document work orders.
