Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Engineer to support high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.

You will work with operations, maintenance, process engineering, quality and facilities to ensure equipment availability and performance, while contributing to safety and continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, data collection, and documenting procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer, or related Engineering.
• Experience in equipment engineering or manufacturing engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to support shifting schedules and on-call coverage.
• Fresh graduates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and qualify assigned manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Implement equipment improvement projects for reliability and uptime.
• Support installation, commissioning, and setup validation.
• Document findings and coordinate actions with engineers and production teams.
• Monitor equipment performance and preventive maintenance.
• Create and maintain maintenance documentation and logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Ensure safety, quality and change-control compliance.
• Provide technical support during line issues and excursions.
