Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer or related Engineering discipline.
Experience in equipment engineering, maintenance engineering, or related semiconductor manufacturing.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure assigned manufacturing equipment is maintained, qualified, and capable of supporting production requirements.
Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime and recurrence.
Lead equipment qualification or change activities, including risk assessment and validation coordination.
Develop and execute reliability improvement roadmaps and cost/productivity projects.
Mentor engineers and technicians on troubleshooting methods, documentation, and best practices.
Use data-driven analysis to identify performance trends and propose preventive actions.
