Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a motivated Endpoint Compliance Specialist to join the global Endpoint Compliance Team. You will help enforce Microchip Information Security policies across infrastructure and client endpoints, contributing to a stronger security posture.

You will develop, maintain, and deliver KPI reports to management, establish effective channels to disseminate vulnerability information to support groups and end users, and ensure coordinated collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/IT or related field.
• 1–2 years of technical experience or proven aptitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows OS; familiar with ServiceNow, Ivanti, Power BI.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication.
• Collaborative team player able to adapt and learn.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Microchip Information Security policies across infrastructure and endpoints.
