Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Mandaluyong, Philippines, is seeking a software engineer to develop Oracle APEX apps, Java/Spring Boot REST APIs, and React front-ends to support learning and education processes.

You will write PL/SQL, participate in Agile ceremonies, and collaborate across teams in a hybrid work setup from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience with hands-on exposure to Oracle APEX, Java, and Oracle Database.
• Practical experience developing Oracle APEX applications, with working knowledge of Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with React and modern JavaScript development, with an understanding of full-stack application development and system integrations.
• Experience working in Agile and CI/CD environments, with familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps; strong analytical, troubleshooting, collaboration, and English communication skills.

Responsibilities
