Job summary

HRTx Inc in Mandaluyong, Philippines, is seeking a seasoned software engineer to develop Oracle APEX applications, build Java/Spring Boot REST APIs, and craft React front-end components for learning platforms. You will participate in the full SDLC, work in an Agile environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle APEX, Java, REST APIs, and PL/SQL, plus CI/CD tooling like Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience with hands-on exposure to Oracle APEX, Java, and Oracle Database.
• Practical experience developing Oracle APEX applications, with working knowledge of Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with React and modern JavaScript development, with an understanding of full-stack development and system integrations.
• Experience in Agile and CI/CD environments, with familiarity with Azure DevOps; strong analytical and English communication skills.
