Job summary

Our Clients in Mandaluyong is seeking a mid-level software engineer to develop and maintain Oracle APEX applications that support learning, training administration, and reporting.

You will build Java/Spring Boot REST APIs, create React front-ends, write PL/SQL, and participate in the full SDLC, Agile ceremonies, and production support.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in Oracle APEX, Java, and Oracle Database, plus strong English communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• 3–5 years of software development experience with Oracle APEX, Java, and Oracle Database.
• Experience developing Oracle APEX apps, with Java/Spring Boot REST APIs and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with React, modern JavaScript, full-stack development, and system integrations.
• Experience in Agile and CI/CD environments, with Azure DevOps and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle APEX applications supporting learning, training administration, reporting, and education-related processes.
• Build and enhance Java/Spring Boot REST APIs that integrate learning platforms and enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain React-based front-end components for learning applications.
• Create and maintain PL/SQL queries, procedures, functions, and packages for features and data management.
• Contribute throughout the SDLC, including coding, testing, debugging, deployment, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and production support.
