Job summary

The position requires a college graduate with knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD (CAD), and rendering software. Responsibilities include creating 2D drawings using AutoCAD, building 3D models in SketchUp, producing realistic renders for presentations, and preparing detailed documents for production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Knowledgeable in SketchUp, AutoCAD/CAD, and 3D rendering.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good sense of design, space planning, and measurements.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge in modular cabinetry/furniture design is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating design concepts and layouts based on client requirements.
• Prepare 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD/CAD.
• Create 3D models and designs using SketchUp.
• Produce realistic 3D renders and visual presentations.
• Prepare detailed drawings, dimensions, and specifications for production.
• Revise designs based on client or supervisor feedback.
• Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Assist in preparing quotations, material specifications, and cutting lists when needed.
• Ensure designs are practical, accurate, and suitable for production.
• Maintain organized files of drawings, 3D models, and project documents.
• Conduct site measurements and assist in site inspections when required.
• Perform other design-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
