Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a part-time Junior Interior Designer to assist with design drawings, project documentation, and site coordination within an interior design practice.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Qualified in Interior Design, Architecture or related backgrounds.

• Time flexible with willingness to visit sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design drawings and standard project documentation
• Prepare and revise drawings using AutoCAD
• Create 3D models and basic visualizations using SketchUp
• Assist with project site checks, including taking measurements and checking site conditions
• Assist the lead Principal with sourcing materials, finishes, furniture selections and fittings
• Contact suppliers for quotations, samples, and product information when required
• Support the Principal Designers with ongoing projects and general design-related tasks
• Attend site project visits when required
