Job summary

SPACElogic International Philippines Inc. is seeking an interior/ CAD designer in Pasig (Ortigas Center) to develop detailed shop drawings from design intent and project specs. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and related 3D software, with strong attention to detail.

The candidate should be prepared to collaborate with 3D designers, clients, and vendors, review scopes, and produce accurate as-built drawings, coordinating with Singapore teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in interior design, architecture, construction engineering or similar field is preferred.
• Senior Level is an advantage
• Meticulous and pays strong attention to details.
• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
• Knowledge of 3D software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand project scope of works and technical specifications.
• Develop shop drawings based on design intent and project specifications.
• Submission of shop drawings for approval.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on final design.
• Collaborate with 3D designers, clients and vendors.
• Ability to identify and communicate potential design problems.
• Do coordination works of Philippine technical draftsmen team with Singapore design and production team.
