• Must be willing to Work 6 days a week preferred candidates (Fresh Grads we provide training)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To Create 2D images to generate plans
• Design 3D images or solid modeling
• Provide layout, pricing and quotations
• Provide Cad Design proposal, layouts, evaluation and perspective
• Make proposal for client’s need, layout, elevations, perspectives and quotation
• Update proposal based on the revision received
• Submit signed plans for ordering and production
• Once final plan is submitted, facilitate order confirmation
• Maintain and monitor all the assigned project/s until completion
• Perform other administrative duties and other related activities as assigned by the President and/or Managing Directors and other Management Officers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess a relevant degree such as Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or any related field.
• Superior technical skills in AUTOCAD, Photoshop, V-Ray, Sketch-up and Lumion rendering are an advantage.
• Have the ability to multitask.
• With at least 1-3 years of experience in CAD Designing or any related experience.
• Creative and can easily grasp concepts.
• Ability to exhibit composure, patience, and confidence when facing difficult situations.
• Self-starter with a proven track record of multi-tasking abilities.
• Great design skills to develop and create both 2D and 3D designs.
• High knowledge in dimensional measurements and basic computation to understand project specifications and inputting dimensional relations for modeling.
• Strong communication skill to be able to present and lead discussions on technical information by Listening to input, disseminating complex information, discussing updates and information and contributing to meetings.
• Great Analytical skills that are essential to evaluate details, plan objectives and identify approaches to solving complex problems.
• When completing projects in CAD programs, attention to detail is necessary to organize files and sort tasks according to project urgency.
• Have the ability to remain flexible and open to change and growth.
• Positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems by having a quick decision-making skill.
