Cycle Financing Corporation is seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Data Analyst to support the Data Analytics team in ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting. You will work with the Senior Data Analyst to collect, organize, analyze, and visualize data to provide insights for business decisions.

The role requires a BS in a related field and 1–4 years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in Python, R, Power BI, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in Python, R, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Expected Credit Loss (ECL) models and PFRS 9 standards
• Knowledge of credit loss provisioning and related financial concepts
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and validating data from various sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Assist in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports based on business requirements.
• Support the Senior Data Analyst in data-related projects and initiatives.
• Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Maintain proper documentation of data sources, reports, and processes.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand data and reporting requirements.
• Perform other data-related tasks as assigned.
