Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong analytical coursework.

• 0–2 years of experience in business analysis or data analysis advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with SQL and Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to explain data insights to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for management and key stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful reports and actionable insights.
• Work with different departments to collect data and understand business needs.
• Assist in developing and improving data management, reporting, and analysis processes.
• Monitor business and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the development and improvement of analytical models, pricing models, and reporting tools.
• Use Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other relevant tools to manipulate, analyze, and present data.
• Ensure data and reports are accurate, organized, and presented clearly.
• Assist management in making data-driven business decisions.
• Stay updated on new analytical tools, AI technologies, and best practices to improve reporting and analysis.
