Job summary

ISS STOXX in Manila is hiring a Junior Data Analyst to join the Governance Data Team. The role focuses on data collection, verification, and adherence to data methodologies for assigned markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent English communication skills (oral & written) and reading comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Search for, collect and verify data for assigned market based on current methodologies.
• Attend to internal/client queries to ensure data aligns with policies.
• Comply with data quality standards and meet turnaround goals.
• Escalate data interpretation issues when needed.
• Perform root-cause analysis for data issues.
• Update internal documents for performance metrics monitoring.
• Participate in committees/projects beyond core responsibilities.
• Maintain proper paper and electronic files as required.
