Job summary

ISS STOXX Manila is seeking a Sustainability Junior Data Analyst to join the ISS ESG Data Team on a full-time basis. Fresh graduates are welcome and will tackle desk research on environmental and social risk management, while learning ESG trends and industry issues.

You will respond to queries, ensure data quality, and assist in maintaining performance metrics and documentation. The role offers exposure to global ESG datasets with opportunities to grow technical skills and understanding of

Qualifications

Excellent reading comprehension and English language skills in both written and oral.
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Geology, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, International Studies, or related field.
0–2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in data collection and analysis, or knowledge in ESG and business research is a plus.

Responsibilities

Complete basic and advanced desk research and analysis on companies’ management of environmental and social risks.
Learn ESG trends and issues and acquire knowledge about dominant industry issues.
Attend to internal/client queries to ensure data aligns with methodology and policy.
Escalate data interpretation issues and perform root-cause analysis when needed.
