Qualifications

• Tertiary education in accounting/finance is required.
• 1–2 years experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments.
• Process credit applications and initial assessments.
• Maintain accurate credit records and documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding payments via calls and emails.
• Prepare credit reports for management.
• Assist in the recovery of overdue accounts.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Liaise with sales/operations/finance to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements.
