Our client is seeking a Junior Credit Controller to join their dynamic team in Davao. Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage credit facilities to ensure all accounts remain compliant with agreed terms and conditions
• Prepare and maintain accurate credit documentation and records for all assigned accounts
• Conduct regular reviews of credit files to identify any discrepancies or areas of concern
• Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate with clients to arrange settlement or restructuring where necessary
• Assist in the preparation of credit reports and analysis for management review
• Support the credit team in processing new credit applications and renewal requests
• Liaise with other departments to obtain necessary information and documentation for credit administration
• Ensure all credit transactions are recorded accurately in the system and reconciled regularly
• Maintain knowledge of credit policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of credit processes and controls

What we're looking for

• A relevant qualification in Finance, Banking, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical and attention to detail skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
