Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a diligent kitchen team member in Tagaytay, Cavite. The role focuses on supporting the Chef de Partie with daily ingredient prep, cooking, plating, and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include proper storage with FIFO, keeping cold and dry storage organized, and sanitizing surfaces and equipment. You will collaborate with the Kitchen Helper and Commis to ensure smooth operations during service.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily ingredient preparation as directed by the Chef de Partie.
• Assist in cooking and plating during service, following recipe and presentation standards.
• Ensure proper storage and FIFO protocols for all ingredients within the section.
• Keep walk-in coolers, freezers, and dry storage areas clean and organized.
• Maintain a clean workspace; clean and sanitize surfaces and equipment continuously.
• Safely operate kitchen machinery and report damage to the Chef de Partie.
• Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and product knowledge.
• Work with the Kitchen Helper and other Commis to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
