Job summary

Cabalen Group in Parañaque is seeking a kitchen assistant to support daily kitchen operations. You will assist with stocking, set up stations, and help prepare and plate dishes under senior chefs supervision.

Responsibilities include cleaning, ensuring food safety, and coordinating with servers to fulfill orders accurately and on time. Prior high school diploma preferred; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
• Prepare food including cleaning and cutting ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks.
• Plate prepared foods under senior chefs' guidance.
• Work with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.
• Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils and store the equipment at the end of shifts.
• Ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.
