Qualifications

• At least 3 years of brand management experience (in marketing/advertising agency preferred).
• Experience launching products and managing inline products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive marketing strategy and plans for assigned categories.
• Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, retail channels, and marketing support teams.
• Chart cohesive marketing strategy to meet business and advocacy objectives.
• Craft briefs aligned with strategy and collaborate with internal partners.
• Champion category advocacy and ensure truthful messaging.
• Measure activities and recalibrate based on results.
