Job summary

UnionBank in Ayala Madrigal is seeking a customer-focused associate to handle deposit account servicing, payments, and related transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

You will assist clients, process branch transactions, promote bank products, and maintain records while supporting daily branch operations onsite. A bachelor’s degree is required; customer service or banking experience is a plus, with strong communication and attention to detail demanded.

Job Summary: Responsible for deposit account servicing (deposits, withdrawals, encashments, checkbook reorders, inquiries, etc.), other platform functions, processing of payments, receipts and other monetary transactions, among others.
