Job summary

Adigrati Vostro Pty Ltd – Representative Office in Matina, Davao City, is seeking recent graduates to join our expanding overseas operations. The full-time role runs Monday to Friday in a modern office, with on‑the‑job training to perform bookkeeping and compliance services for clients.

You will maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, process payroll, and prepare BAS using Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks, while ensuring high standards and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated or about to graduate.
• Degree in Management Accounting Or Accounting Technology.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bookkeeping and compliance services to clients.
• Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts.
• Process payroll and prepare BAS using Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks.
• Appropriate record keeping and compliance documentation; assist with financial forecasts and year-end documentation.
