Qualifications

High school graduate, vocational graduate, or automotive technical course graduate.
No prior vehicle maintenance experience required; relevant experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment repair and preventive maintenance.
Willing to assist in diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining company vehicles and equipment.
Familiar with the proper use of hand tools and workshop equipment.
Capable of manual work in a workshop or field environment.
Eager to learn and develop technical skills under senior mechanics.
Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and maintain a positive attitude.
Reliable, responsible, and committed to workplace safety and cleanliness.
Willing to render overtime and work on weekends or holidays when required.
A valid driver’s license is an advantage but not required.
