Job summary

The role requires 3–4 years in Food and Beverage projects, an Electrical Engineering degree, PRC license, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.
• PRC license required.
• 3–4 years of work experience in Food and Beverage projects.
• Technical Audit experience such as Quality Assurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD.
• Skilled in cost derivation/analysis.
• Skilled in construction contract agreements and tender documentation.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Site Inspections: Conduct regular walkthroughs and field checks to verify work matches drawings and specifications.
• Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure adherence to local codes, permits, and quality frameworks.
• Risk and Cost Assessment: Review procurement, material tests, bids, and billing for overruns or delays.
• Audit Reporting: Document non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and draft corrective actions.
• Contract Verification: Interpret terms, evaluate change orders, and track submittals.
