Job summary

Leslie Corporation in Iloilo City is seeking a Junior Auditor to support internal performance, financial and compliance audits across assigned offices, ensuring adherence to standards and enhancing efficiency. You will conduct regular QSC audits of franchised stores, assist in planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting audit work, and present findings with recommended corrective actions.

• Graduate of BS Accountancy.
• Willing to do fieldwork.
• Able to interact with all levels of the organization to execute audit assignments.
• Capable of handling multiple projects in an organized manner.

• Self-motivated, enjoys problem solving and is reliable.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular QSC audits of franchised stores per the approved plan for the month.
• Perform audit planning, scheduling, coordinating, reviewing, and reporting of work of audit teams.
• Communicate issues noted effectively with the auditee in a timely manner, obtaining agreement on root cause of issues.
• Make oral and written presentations during team meetings discussing deficiencies and recommending corrective action to improve QSC rating.
• Perform regular compliance reviews such as Cash Count Reconciliation, 5S Review, Warehouse Inventory Reconciliation, Closed Store Reconciliation and timely submit draft audit report for supervisor’s review.

Job description

Junior Auditor is responsible for the internal performance, financial and compliance audits of assigned offices. Ensuring compliance of all our offices with standards is one of the priorities, and Junior Auditors play a critical role in maintaining our efficiency, which fundamentally impacts our overall success as a company.

Main Duties, Responsibilities and Performance Indicators

• Perform regular QSC audits of our franchised stores in accordance with the QSC standards following the approved plan for the month.

• Perform audit planning, scheduling, coordinating, reviewing, and reporting of work of audit teams.

• Communicate issues noted effectively with the auditee in a timely manner, obtaining agreement on root cause of issues

• Make oral and written presentation during the weekly work team meeting discussing deficiencies and recommending corrective action to improve QSC rating

• Perform regular compliance review such as but not limited to Cash Count Reconciliation, 5S Review, Warehouse Inventory Reconciliation, Closed Store Reconciliation and timely submit draft audit report for supervisor’s review.
