Junior Architect Reports to: Senior Architect

Location: Philippines (Remote/Office-based)

Role Summary

Casia Robinson Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect based in the Philippines to join our studio. The Junior Architect will work closely with our senior leadership to support project delivery for our UK and UAE clients. Exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD is strictly essential for this role. You will be responsible for producing high-quality technical drawings, assisting with design development, and supporting the broader architectural team in meeting project milestones. Excellent English communication—spoken and written is required to ensure seamless collaboration with our international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting & Documentation: Produce highly accurate 2D architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and detailed sections primarily utilizing AutoCAD.

• Project Support: Assist senior architects throughout the design development and technical delivery phases, from initial concept to construction documentation.

• Quality & Coordination: Ensure all drafting output strictly adheres to studio standards and assist with basic multidisciplinary coordination (MEP, Structural).

• Studio Operations: Maintain organized project files and drawing registers, and help prepare submission packages or presentation materials.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 1–3 years of professional experience in architectural drafting and design.

• Expert-level, demonstrable proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

• Working knowledge of supplementary studio software, such as Revit, SketchUp, or D5 Render Pro, is a strong advantage.

• Strong English communication skills—both written and spoken for clear daily collaboration.

• A professional license (UAP/PRC) and prior exposure to Middle Eastern or UK project standards are preferred but not strictly required.
