The Role

You will support the design and delivery of architectural projects while developing your skills in BIM, project coordination, and construction documentation.

Working closely with senior architects, you'll help produce coordinated drawings, BIM models, presentation materials, and project documentation while learning industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing BIM models using Archicad.

• Prepare architectural drawings and presentation materials.

• Support Design Development and Construction Documentation.

• Coordinate drawings with consultants under the guidance of senior architects.

• Assist in preparing project reports, schedules, and documentation.

• Participate in design discussions and project coordination meetings.

• Conduct research on materials, products, and building systems.

• Assist in site visits, documentation, and project monitoring.

• Maintain organized project files following Studio ERA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

• Licensed Architect is an advantage but not required.

• 0–3 years of professional experience.

• Proficiency in Archicad is required.

• Familiarity with BIM workflows is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of Philippine Building Code and construction practices.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
