Job summary

Straive in Manila is seeking a Junior AI Analyst to evaluate cutting-edge AI technologies and drive adoption across the organization. You will explore and test emerging AI tools and automation platforms, build prompt templates, and create simple automated workflows to deliver business value.

You’ll translate tech jargon into practical guides and train non-technical colleagues, while helping maintain AI ethics and data privacy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Fresh grads/management trainees welcome.
• Degree in CS, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI principles, basic prompt engineering, and an interest in automation.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, or no-code tools like Zapier/Make is a plus.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to simplify technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Explore & Test: Hands-on testing of emerging AI tools, LLMs, and automation platforms to discover high-value business applications.
• Build & Prompt: Assist in creating prompt templates, workflow triggers, and simple automated processes.
• Enable Teams: Translate complex tech jargon into easy-to-understand guides and train non-technical colleagues on AI tools.
• Maintain Safety: Support the rollout of AI ethics, data privacy, and usage guidelines across teams.
