The role ensures compliant financial processes and contributes to efficient information management. The position involves handling various accounting tasks, supporting month-end and year-end activities, and collaborating with the team to ensure timely and accurate data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Accountancy, Financial Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in basic accounting principles and bookkeeping is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain financial transactions and documents.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Prepare and organize accounting records, reports, and supporting documents.
• Reconcile financial records and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in payroll, billing, and other accounting activities.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
