CrewBloom is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations, including processing transactions, maintaining records, and assisting with month-end close. The role emphasizes accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will handle high-volume transactions, excel in numerical accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams to verify details and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, billing, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
• Experience processing, reviewing, and reconciling high-volume financial transactions.
• Familiarity with accounting software; experience with QuickBooks or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with financial data.
• High numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and confidential information.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Process and review financial transactions, invoices, and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile operational and accounting records and resolve discrepancies.
