Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA is required.
• 3–4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Advanced MS Excel and accounting software proficiency.
• Experience with tax compliance and statutory requirements.
• Preference for background in construction, hardware, or real estate.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines; work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely records of all financial transactions and update the company’s books of accounts.
• Prepare and monitor financial documents such as Sales Invoices, Acknowledgment Receipts, and Collection Receipts.
• Process payment requests for suppliers and contractors.
• Review and analyze employee reimbursements.
• Prepare payment vouchers and encode transactions into the accounting system.
• Organize and file accounting documents systematically.
• Prepare Statements of Account and Collection Letters.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and government requirements.
• Recommend and participate in process improvements for better financial efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
