Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements accurately and on time.
• Maintain accounting records, files, and financial documents.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
• Prepare journal entries and assist in month-end closing.
• Update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
