North Park Noodles in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the finance department with daily administrative and accounting tasks. This on-site role welcomes fresh graduates and graduates who want to start a career in accounting.

You will assist with invoices, payments, receipts, filing, and financial reporting, perform bank reconciliations, and help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable while safeguarding confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Banking, Commerce, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Prepare and organize financial documents and reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding accounting matters.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
