Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; accounting/finance experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organization, communication, and time management; confidentiality a must.

Responsabilités

• Prepares and submits monthly petty cash reports with supporting documents.
• Records, encodes, and maintains documentation of receivables and collections.
• Processes bank transactions and updates the bank passbook.
• Maintains accounting books and ledgers in line with policies.
• Performs clerical tasks like filing, scanning, and encoding documents.
• Provides general administrative support and assists supervisor as needed.
• Performs other duties assigned.
