Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Xero accounting software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Record receipts, payments, and receivables with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Prepare financial reports and statements per accounting standards.
• Enter financial transactions into the accounting system and maintain records.
• Prepare and record payroll.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closings.
• Review reconciliations and analyze reconciling items.
