About the role

Greenpoint is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our growing financial team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our outsourced client work. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands‑on experience in various aspects of accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Recording receipts, payments, and receivables, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare financial reports and statements, ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
• Enter financial transactions into the accounting system, maintaining accurate records.
• Preparation and recording of payroll.
• Participate in the month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Review of account reconciliations including research and analysis on reconciling items.
• Data investigation, reporting, and analysis as needed including recommendations for process improvement.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare and file the client's monthly tax returns for the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines.
• Participate in company‑provided training modules designed to enhance accounting and finance skills.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, or a related field (preferred).
